Helping Communities Recover

When disaster strikes, PJE is ready to get communities back to normal. Since our legacy brand P&J’s first disaster response effort following the Toe River Flood in 1977, the Phillips family of companies’ disaster teams have worked with federal, state, and local governments and agencies, as well as private sector clients across the United States. Our team has answered the call after virtually every federally declared disaster over the past three decades, including hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, wildfires, rock slides, and ice storms. We have also supported recovery efforts following man-made disasters including acts of terrorism and environmental disasters.

As a specialized disaster contractor, PJE is uniquely prepared for any disaster. Our in-house experts are armed with the focus and know-how to efficiently and innovatively approach debris removal across a variety of terrain and conditions, and our connections to the Phillips family of companies allow us to access vast resources across the country. During storm seasons, we proactively track major weather events, and our decades-long relationships in the industry allow us to preemptively organize subcontractors and equipment even before landfall.

PJE is standing by with industry-leading, disaster and emergency preparedness experience to help communities across the country recover when needed.
